When will the season start?
The HBCUBA Showcase series will begin Spring 2025. The Regular season will begin Summer of 2025.
How can I watch HBCUBA games?
The HBCUBA games will be streamed on HBCU GO and affiliates.
How do HBCUBA contracts work?
HBCUBABA League players sign standard one-year contracts with their teams.
How many players can be on an HBCUBA roster?
An HBCUBA team’s roster can be 10 players, with up to two (2) additional spots for players placed on the inactive/injury list.
What does it mean when a player is “waived”?
When a player is waived in the HBCUBA League, the team has given up its rights to him. After 48 hours, the player clears waivers, and any team can claim him from the available player pool.
