Appearance And Donations
With Limited Exceptions, The HBCUBA Will Consider Donation Request for Use in Auctions, Raffles, Golf Tournaments, and Other Such Activities That Raise Funds for Organizations That Support Youth, Education, and Growing the Game of Basketball, Appearances from Players, Hype Squads, Coaches or Staff May Also Be Requested.
While Every Effort Will Be Made to Honor as Many Requests as Possible, Due to The Overwhelming Number of Request Received Not All Donations or Appearance Request Can Be Granted. Groups Are Limited To One Donation/Appearance Request Per Calendar Year to Assist Us in Serving as Many Groups as Possible, And All Request Must Be Received At Least Two Weeks Before The Event.
